She had professional training with Ernst & Young in Advisory Department, Prior to that, she has worked with FCMB as a Customer Relations Officer.

Funmilayo handles HR and Tax Consulting Assignments with specific emphasis on PAYE, Recruitment, Training & Development, Employee Welfare, Compliance & Discipline, Compensation & benefit and Administration.

Funmilayo is a graduate of University of Ibadan where she obtained Bachelor of Arts in French. She is also a student member of Chartered Institute of Personnel Management Nigeria.
