Helen is a Certified Fraud Examiner, Certified Risk and Compliance Management Professional, Chartered Arbitrator, Chartered Tax Practitioner and Lawyer with experience acquired in an EPCI oil & gas service company, State Internal Revenue Service and Audit/Consulting firm.

She is a proactive professional, with expertise in tax planning and tax minimization. Knowledgeable in tax laws and matters, cross functional, managerial talent with competency to team build, gain consensus and lead organizations across multiple functions to deliver outstanding results.

Her core competencies include but not limited to: Strategic Business Planning; Business Unit Advisor; Compliance Review; Detail oriented and Strong research and Analytical Skills.

Helen has over 20 years experience in taxation and has been a consultant in private practice for 10 years. Before joining Saffron Professional Services as a Director, she worked for Ascot Group (formerly Willbros West Africa Group) from 2008 to 2012. She trained at Ijewere& Co., Tax Consultants. She has a Postgraduate Diploma in Compliance from the International Compliance Association, a J.D. from University of North Carolina School of Law, Chapel Hill, North Carolina, USA, and a B.A from Trinity College, Washington DC, USA.
